Few trends are as timelessly feminine as ruffles. In my opinion, ruffles are always in. And they look amazing on every body. This spring, it looks like the world is catching up to me! ~wink.
I'm really excited that multiple plus size retailers have on-trend, ruffle-y pieces at a variety of prices this season. Plus, Etsy is awash with handmade accessories covered in ruffles.
